Client privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to The Job Centre. We remain complaint with regulatory requirements, including the protection of privacy and personal information. The Job Centre ensures information that is collected in person, and on our website is stored and received in a safe and secure location.
The Job Centre will only collect, use and disclose personal information of individual clients if necessary to deliver the services and comply with obligations under the agreements set out initially by us with the client (during the intake process). Our staff is authorized to access personal information based on their need to deal with the information for the reason(s) for which it was obtained. The Job Centre has set out Privacy and Data Security Policies, in order to ensure that the information is not disclosed or shared more widely than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was gathered.
